Deposit Process

Please log into your client portal to view account funding details.


After deposit, please send bank receipt, transfer notification and deposit information (eg. a transaction reference number or evidence that the transaction has been completed) to email Please write down your name and account number for us to acknowledge your payment. It is your responsibility to ensure that the funds reach our account regardless of any delay by banks or intermediaries in processing the payment.


Please note that Mitrade DO NOT accept third party funding, all funds must come from your bank account and the bank account name must match the name of the trading account.
